During the this workshop, you'll learn how to utilize your bodyweight to increase your strength and conditioning like never before. Better yet, you'll learn how to control your body to practice and eventually master advanced bodyweight exercises like the Handstand, 1-Arm Push Up, Planche Push Up, Kip Up, Hand Spring, and more!
During the this workshop, you'll learn how to utilize your bodyweight to increase your strength and conditioning like never before. Better yet, you'll learn how to control your body to practice and eventually master advanced bodyweight exercises like the Handstand, 1-Arm Push Up, Planche Push Up, Kip Up, Hand Spring, and more! You’ll also learn how to incorporate dance-like fluidity into your movements to make each exercise safer and more beneficial. The workshop will involve the following:
  • Learn how to do advanced bodyweight exercises safely and with perfect form
  • How to design programs for progressing from beginner to advanced variations of multiple exercises
  • How to properly condition joints to avoid injuries while learning advanced bodyweight training techniques
  • How to properly warm up and cool down from intensive bodyweight training routines
