  • Learn the benefits of kettlebell training
  • Proper kettlebell training principles of technique & form
  • Basic kettlebell exercises including the Swing, Clean, Snatch, Windmill, & TGU
  • Injury prevention through proper stretching & joint mobility
  • Learn proper movement to enhance weight training & bodyweight conditioning
This workshop is available worldwide. In the USA, the workshop must be at least thirty (30) days out from today. Outside the USA, the workshop must be sixty (60) days out from today. The facility must provide all attendees with kettlebells.
